         Let's me introduce my best friend. Her name is Ja. I knew her since I was 12 years old so it was nearly 20 years that we have been friends. 

        Ja, who love to travel  and this is a one of her best experience from travelling that she kindly share. 

ถ้ำพระยานคร (Phraya Nakhon Cave) 

         The Phraya Nakhon cave is best known for the Kuha Karuhas pavilion in the main chamber. The pavilion was built at the end of the 19th century for the visit of King Chulalongkorn the Great (Rama V). Later, King Prajadhipok (Rama VII) and the present King of Thailand, King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) also visited the cave.

          The main chamber contains the signatures of both King Rama V and King Rama VII on the wall. The best views of the pavilion can be had early morning, when most sun light enters the cave through the open ceiling. The provincial seal of Prachuap Khiri Khan contains an image of the Kuha Karuhas pavilion.

          ตั้งอยู่ที่บริเวณเขาเทียน ใกล้บ้านบางปู ห่างจากที่ทำการอุทยานฯ ไปทางทิศเหนือประมาณ 16 กม. ใกล้บ้านบางปู ทางด้าน ทิศตะวันออกของถ้ำ เป็นชายหาดที่สวยงามมีชื่อว่า "หาดแหลมศาลา" ตามประวัติเล่าว่า ในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 1 ขณะที่เจ้าพระยานคร ผู้ครอง เมือง นครศรีธรรมราช แล่นเรือผ่านทางเขาสามร้อยยอด บังเอิญเกิดพายุใหญ่ไม่ สามารถ เดินทาง ต่อไปได้ จึงจอดเรือ หลบคลื่นที่ชายหาดแห่งนี้ ระหว่างที่พักแรมอยู่บริเวณนั้น ได้ค้นพบถ้ำ ขนาดใหญ่ เพดาน ถ้ำมีปล่องให้แสงสว่างลอดเข้าไปมอง เห็นความสวยงามภายในถ้ำ จึงได้รับการขนานนามว่า "ถ้ำพระยานคร" ภายในถ้ำมีหลายคูหา มีหินงอกหินย้อยเป็นเชิงชั้นหลืบม่าน บางส่วนก็หยดย้อยลงมาเป็น รูปร่าง ต่างๆงามแปลกตา ระหว่างทางมีบ่อน้ำกรุด้วยอิฐดินเผารูปสี่เหลี่ยมคางหมู กว้าง 1 เมตร ลึก 4 เมตร เรียกว่า "บ่อพระยานคร" จุดเด่นของถ้ำก็คือ พลับพลาแบบจตุรมุข ชื่อว่า "พระที่นั่งคูหาหาสน์" ซึ่งพระบาทสมเด็จ พระจุลจอม เกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว โปรดให้สร้างขึ้น พระที่นั่งคูหาคฤหาสน์ นับเป็นเครื่องเชิดชูอย่างยิ่งของถ้ำพระยานคร และกลายเป็นสัญลักษณ์ตรา ประจำจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ในปัจจุบัน (http://www.paiduaykan.com/76_province/central/prachuapkhirikhan/samroiyod.html)

  

- สถานที่ ที่ไปเที่ยวแล้วรู้สึกว่ามีเสน่ห์ดึงดูด และน่าประทับใจที่สุดคือสถานที่อะไร และเพราะอะไรจึงประทับใจในสถานที่นั้น

ถ้ำพระยานคร ตั้งอยู่ในอุทยานเขาสามร้อยยอด จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันต์

ที่ไปแล้วรู้สึกประทับใจมาก เพราะนอกจากวิวสวยงามมากแล้ว ระยะทางในการเดินทางก็ยังลำบากอีกด้วย เพราะต้องเดินเท้าขึ้นเขา เพื่อเข้าไปในถ้ำ  การเดินทางเพื่อจะไปยังถ้ำนั้นมี 2 เส้นทาง คือ นั่งเรืออ้อมเขาไป กับเดินเท้าขึ้นเขา 2 ลูก ระยะทาง 1 km 

ซึ่งการเดินทางไปครั้งนี้เราเลือกเส้นทางการขึ้นเขานั่นเอง ซึ่งก็ไม่รู้เส้นทางมาก่อนเลยว่ามันจะโหดขนาดนี้ เหนื่อย เนื่องการเดินทางครั้งนี้ไม่ได้มีการหาข้อมูลมาล่วงหน้า และคิดเอาเองว่าลงเขา 2 ลูกจะถึงถ้ำเลย แต่ปรากฏว่าจะต้องขึ้นเขาอีก 1 ลูก ซึ่งชันมากกว่าเดิมมาก เหนื่อยแบบแทบขาดใจเลยทีเดียวสำหรับคนที่ไม่ออกกำลังกาย แต่พอสามารถเข้าไปถึงภายในถ้ำได้ หายเหนื่อยเป็นปลิดทิ้งเลย สวยมากมากๆ และที่สำคัญรู้สึกภูมิใจที่มาถึงจนได้

          It was very impressed because It is very beautiful and Reaching the cave requires quite a bit of effort. I had to walk up the hill to get into the cave. The journey to get to the cave, there are two routes, one is  taking a  long-tail boat trip and other way is walking to distance 1 km. 


         This time we went there  on foot!! . I didn't know the route before,  it was brutal on this trip because I did not  find out the information in advance and assume that it would be easy walking  to the cave . But I almost die for it for people who do not exercise. Anyway, when I reached and  went into the cave. I totally impressed.  The important, I'm so proud.

ได้รับความสุขจากการเดินทางในรูปแบบใหม่ ได้ความอดทน ได้รอยยิ้ม และความประทับใจไม่ลืม 






I'm so happy in the new way of my journey, more patient, more smile and got the impressive that I will never forget.

ความรู้ที่ได้รับในครั้งนี้ก็คือ ความรู้ ความนับถือของคนในสมัยโบราณที่เค้ามีความพยายามอย่างมากที่จะสร้างสิ่งที่สวยงามและมหัศจรรย์อย่างนี้
